Raku Class

This fun and exciting class is for the beginner to the more advanced student that wants to learn about Raku firing.  Meeting on Mondays from 6-8p.m., we will spend three weeks making three to four decorative pieces, at least one week on the wheel (don't let that worry you, we'll make it easy) and then on the last meeting, Raku fire the pieces - an awesome evening that is always exciting!  Raku finishes include traditional glazes and terrasigilata/horsehair.  Class size limited to 10 students.

Class meets from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Fee $130 - all clay, glazes and supplies are included.
