Let us be your Homeschool arts enrichment teacher
Our homeschooling enrichment classes offer a rewarding and dynamic experience that engages the student through visual and performing arts.
We will explore and experience a variety of media, processes, and art history to learn about and create art.
Introducing our new homeschool art program!
Classes are offered every Tuesday and Wednesday from 12:30 - 2 (except for holidays.)
Each month we study one historical or contemporary artist.
Weeks 1–2: We will learn about the artist and create a master study.
Weeks 3–4: We will create an original work inspired by the artist, using their medium or techniques.
Weeks 1 & 2 will be identical to each other, and Weeks 3 & 4 will be identical to each other. While it is not required, students are encouraged to attend either week 1 or 2 AND either week 3 or 4 to get the most out of the program.
Students will assemble their own art history notebook, adding an artist information sheet to their folder (provided the first session they attend) each month.
Our program is designed for children in grades 1 - 8, however, children in grades K - 12 are welcome to attend.
Parents are encouraged to attend but are required to stay for children in Kindergarten.
Class fee is $20
Punch card $150 for 10 classes - good for the calendar year.
Punch cards can be for multiple children
Classes will run from February to May and September to December.
